Mišmaš photography on road
Around the globe…
From Slovenia, Ex Yugoslavija, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, Russia, Mongolia, shipped to Vancouver, Canada, Montana, Utah, Sedona, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, shipped to Brussels, back to Slovenia.
off to mountains, Chiang Mai, Thailand
We loved to travel with our backpacks, but the constant pain of our backs was “killing us”. Especially after eight months of travel through SouthEast Asia. (2011- 2012)
Battery low- Burned out, Indonesia, Flores island
All the heavyweight photo equipment, hostels, packing, unreliability of a public transport… got on our way for a while.
We have reconsidered the options of a lighter travel. It took us three years for our mobile house to be accomplished and ready for our first adventure.
How it feels to live in a mobile house for one year around the world?
When everything goes well, no complications on the border, water tanks full, gas tanks full, solar panels working, baterry full and photo equipment fully charged life on road gives you a priceless experience. It makes you wonder.
It opens a new possibilities, shakes up your perspectives. Your eye lense suddenly widens up from 50 mm to 24mm and sharpens to macro.
It feels like all world is yours, sunsets, sunrise, nights, mornings, everything that touches your moment at that time at that place where you parked your house that day.
“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.”
